This Package Includes:

Personal Attention

Lodging: eight rooms for two nights for up to 16 guests. Additional guests (2) can be accommodated overnight, one in each of two rooms, at $25 per person/night

Gift baskets in all guest rooms, rented by wedding guests

Choice of indoor/out door location for receptions and rehearsal dinner (weather permitting)

Choice of indoor/out door ceremony location (weather permitting)

Choice of wedding/event reception location (weather permitting)

Chairs for ceremony

Tables, chairs, and table set-ups for up to 25 people

Breakfast each morning for all guests staying at the Inn

Greeting table and receiving area for arriving guests

Parking attendant

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Fine wines and Champagnes are available for purchase through the Beechwood Inn. Any other alcoholic beverages supplied by the client at the Reception shall be done in a supervised manner so as to prevent guests from overindulging. Client must supply a bartender. There shall be no BYOB by guests during the reception. Use of non-prescribed controlled substances of any kind is strictly prohibited

The above rental fee is for a maximum of 25 guests, including up to 16 lodging guests. Additional wedding guests over the 25 will be charged at the rate of $20 per person. If Beechwood Inn is to supply linens, china, crystal, silver, additional tables or chairs, tents, or other items requiring rental from an outside source, additional charges will be added to the Reception and Facilities Fee. Rehearsal dinners, receptions, bridesmaid luncheons, etc. can be arranged at the Beechwood for additional fees, based on the menu(s) selected.
