Personal Chef and Private Cooking Classes

We offer private cooking classes for you and your friends. Just get a group of friends, wine club members or foodies together for a private class. We will do our best to accommodate you on the desired dates and days of the week. The charge is $300 for a 3 hour class plus the cost of food and wine for up to 6 people on Monday – Thursday. The more people attending; the less it costs each person. Because we have scheduled prix fixe dinners most Saturdays weekend classes have to be structured a little differently, but can be arranged at certain times. Want just a personal gourmet meal for two without the lesson? We can do that too.

We will share with you recipes, garnishes, culinary secrets, specialty food sources that private (non- commercial) cooks/chefs can use and also instruct you on food and wine pairings. Wine is served during the instruction. The class culminates in a gourmet dinner or late lunch for you and your friends/spouses.

Every class participant will be issued their personal Chef’s Hat to keep. Call us at (706) 782-5485 to schedule your private class in food prep and and wine pairing. Serve Safe information will also be included on sanitation and disease prevention. Our Chef’s personal score on the Georgia Serve Safe Certification was a perfect 100!.
