This menu is focused on fall flavors and also on how we work the plate combining colors, textures and geometry while seeking perfection through simplicity. The flavors of the foods also offer contrasts in texture, tastes and appearance. We hope you enjoy this creative yet delicious evening.  Dinner and one glass of each of the suggested wines is $89.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Additional wine may be purchased from our wine list.

Aperitif: Duck and Gorgonzola Puff Pastry, Glass of Beechwood Inn Wine

Appetizer: Lamb Agnolloti, Lamb Jus, Preserved Lemon Gremolota, Balsamic Pearls, Fresh Herbs, 36 Month Parmegiano, 2013 Poggio Antico, Rosso di Montalcino, Italy

Fall Salad: Marinated Winter Pears, Local Field Greens, Spiced Pecans, and Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette

Entrée: Pesto Stuffed Local Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Tuscan Herbs,  Grilled Onions,  Rosemary New Potatoes, Roasted Autumn Squash with Cranberries, 2013 Tritorris Rosso Tuscanao Tuscany
